Justin Whittle: eating insects with the Ambassador

Ambassador Paul Robilliard recently enjoyed some tasty fried bamboo worms and crickets with New Colombo Plan scholar Justin Whittle. Justin is studying Entomophagy (edible bugs) at Kasetsart University as part of his Bachelor of Natural Science from Western Sydney University. Justin is learning about the innovative agricultural practices here in Thailand and hopes to put his research into practice in the future. He chose to study in Thailand because of its unique history and culture of consuming insects.
